Shum graduated from UK with M.Phil in Publishing Studies.

		Having worked for over 10 years in various industries, she has since acquired strong skills, knowledge and experience in many different areas including HR training and consulting; events & projects management; database management, research and marketing communications; business and product development, systems and process documentation; writing and publishing-related areas and many others. In her own capacity as consultant, Shum has worked on many projects for her clients including promotional marketing campaigns for MNCs, project management for a regional marketing database, writing, research and development work for various subject areas and many more. Besides being an independent consultant/partner to different organizations including Quest Group of companies, she now also offers coaching and project management for those interested in self-publishing their books.
